   Open Planning → SWOT Matrix and select the analysis year.

   Fill in the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats quadrants with the available actions.

   Distinguish internal factors (strengths/weaknesses) from external ones (opportunities/threats).

   Use bulk import if needed and review the items before confirming.

5. 5

   If you use the automatic suggestion, validate the factors with leadership before saving: suggestions need human review.

   Review permissions and save/check the year's items.

7. 7

   Use the prioritized factors to guide objectives and actions; update the analysis as the real scenario changes.
