Terms of Service
Rules for using Moove subscriptions purchased in US dollars. Last updated: 2026-11-02.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using Moove you accept these Terms on behalf of the organization you represent and confirm you have authority to bind it. The service is intended for business use.
Account and access
You are responsible for your users, credentials and the permissions you grant inside your organization, and for keeping login data confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Free trial
Trials give temporary access to the features of the selected plan. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid plan.
Subscription and billing
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. Sales tax, VAT or GST may be added according to your location.
You can cancel anytime from the subscription settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and apply from the next billing cycle.
Acceptable use
No spam, unlawful or infringing content, malware, attempts to access other organizations' data, reverse engineering, or messaging without valid consent. You must comply with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, the EU ePrivacy rules, anti-spam laws of your country and the policies of channels you connect (such as WhatsApp and email providers).
Customer data
You keep ownership of the data you enter. You grant Moove a limited license to process it only to provide the service, as described in the Data Processing Agreement. You can export your data while your account is active.
Third-party integrations
Integrations are activated by you and are subject to the third party's own terms. Moove is not responsible for their availability, changes or discontinuation.
Artificial intelligence
AI features are decision-support tools. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not replace human judgment; you are responsible for reviewing them before use.
Electronic signatures
Electronic signing provides an audit trail and document hash. Its admissibility and classification depend on the authentication method, the document and applicable law, including ESIGN/UETA (US) and eIDAS (EU); the service does not guarantee advanced or qualified status outside Brazil. ICP-Brasil options are restricted to Brazil and do not constitute EU qualified signatures. You are responsible for confirming that a document type may be signed electronically in your jurisdiction.
Intellectual property
The software, brand and content of Moove belong to Moove or its licensors. No rights are transferred other than the right to use the service during the subscription.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts for non-payment, security risk or breach of these Terms, with notice whenever possible. Export your data before terminating the account. Post-termination access, return and deletion are governed by the applicable agreement, retention policy and law; contact us to arrange any required return of data.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moove is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits, and its total liability is limited to the amounts paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data protection rights of your country of residence.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will notify material changes in advance. Questions: privacidade@moovesales.com.br.
