Review proposals and check the real effect before considering an action complete.
Before you start
Step by step

Request the action and check the summary/Plan shown with records, content and destination.

Confirm explicitly only after reviewing, or cancel the plan.

Queries and changes have their own rules: do not assume every record requires exactly the same flow.

Follow the result in the module and in AI Activity.
- 5
Automations created by the AI start turned off: review and simulate before activating.

Ask to undo only when the action offers reversal; messages already sent and deletions have no universal undo guarantee.

Admins can check organization activity and disable the integration when needed.
- 8
Use the protocol and support guidance shown on refusals; do not expand access to get around a restriction.
Available controls depend on your user permissions and organization settings. If an option is missing, ask the administrator to check your module access.
