Email templates, lists and campaigns

Purpose
Prepare the audience, content and sender before sending; a preview does not prove delivery to every inbox.
Before you start
There is no global template that automatically replaces all transactional emails. Content templates, account signatures and campaigns are separate settings.
Step by step
- 1
In Email → Templates, create/edit the template and review text, images, alignment and links.
- 2
Open Campaigns → Settings and prepare the domain/sender following the displayed workflow.
- 3
If using your own provider, choose Resend or AWS SES and enter the requested credentials in the protected settings; do not paste secrets into template text.
- 4
Check setup status; provider errors and the SES sandbox can block sending.
- 5
In Lists, prepare the audience and review subscriptions and recipients.
- 6
Start the Campaign wizard, select the audience/template/sender and review the steps before confirming sending/scheduling.
- 7
Send an authorized test and check receipt in the real inbox, including images and links.
- 8
Monitor Campaigns and Dashboard with date-range filters. Remember: an email open indicates interest, not a closed sale.
- 9
From CRM, Email Campaign uses the same wizard with a CRM audience and CRM-specific campaign authorization.
Available controls depend on your user permissions and organization settings. If an option is missing, ask the administrator to check your module access.
