External connections by module

Purpose

Connect the account in the module that uses it; authorization is not a universal release of every service.

Step by step#

1. 1

   For calendar, configure Google Calendar in Calendar Integrations; Google Meet/Zoom/Teams video conferencing has its own tab.

   For Email, connect the mailbox in Email Settings; campaigns have their own domain/provider.

3. 3

   For WhatsApp, connect the channel in WhatsApp Settings.

4. 4

   In CRM, configure ads/API integrations with the options actually offered.

5. 5

   Read the requested access and authorize with the appropriate account; do not give passwords to anyone else.

   Check the connection status and follow reconnection/revocation when needed.

7. 7

   For external voice when offered, check the provider subscription; do not assume every external service is included in the plan.
