Step by step#

1. 1

   Open the BSC objective/breakdown and the available indicator settings.

   Enter the fields required for the indicator, unit, target and tracking rule.

   Check the polarity and settings offered before saving.

4. 4

   Record/check measurements for the right period with your permission.

5. 5

   Status is calculated by the indicator rules; do not automatically assume green at 100% or red below 90% for every case.

   When changing a target or rule, assess comparability with earlier measurements and check the result.

   BSC indicators and the CRM Goals area are not one universal Goals → Indicators screen.
