Plan, usage and subscription management

Purpose

Check current prices and limits on screen before confirming any purchase.

Step by step#

   Open Settings → Plans and check the current subscription and access status.

   Review active users and storage used/limits shown.

3. 3

   Compare available plans and monthly/annual billing on the screen itself.

   Before changing, check the restrictions, conditions and amounts in the confirmation summary.

   In manage subscription, use the available payment/cancellation actions and check the effective date shown.

   Check payment history and response before concluding that access was activated.

   Costs for WhatsApp channels, AI and external services may be purchased separately; do not assume they are included because of an old plan name.

   Do not promise specific payment methods, invoices within 48h, suspension in 15 days or downgrade in the next cycle without the condition shown in the case.
