Purpose
Bring products from an available supplier catalog and review updates before applying them.
Before you start
Step by step

In the Products tab in Quotes, click Supplier.

In Import from Supplier, enter the catalog access details requested by the screen.

Use Search Catalog and check the returned products.

Select the desired items and use Import, or carefully review Import/Update All.
- 5
Wait for the result and check the items/costs in your Catalog.
- 6
Do not confuse importing an authorized catalog with registering every supplier in a purchasing chain; there is no universal guarantee of continuous updates or 24 months of history.
Access and availability
Available controls depend on your user permissions and organization settings. If an option is missing, ask the administrator to check your module access.
